If you are ever in New York, you must try my favorite restaurant, Balthazar. They offer yummy french delights in a wonderful bistro atmosphere in a space used to be a leather wholesaler's warehouse. I recommend the warm goat cheese and caramelized onion tart, delish!

I've been to Balthazar a few times when I was in New York and really loved the atmosphere. Seems like one of those great go-to restaurants.

Last time I was at Balthazar's Martha Stewart walked in, kissed the chef on each cheek and sat at her favorite table with her entourage of about 6. I love that place!
