We are eagerly awaiting the new book by our Design Hero, Kelly Wearstler to come out tomorrow! Since the entire world was copying her style, she has reinvented herself and has a whole fresh new look now. Bravo to that. Will her new 80's vibe be as trendy, aka saleable, as the Hollywood Regency look she got us all hooked on? Only time will tell.

I'm looking forward to the new release on October 6th from the Parisian band Air. If you are not familiar with them, they had a cool chill and moody sound, and have collaborated several times on soundtracks with movie director (and walrus icon) Sofia Coppola. Although we hear her new movie, set to release in 2010, will feature songs by another French band, Phoenix. (The front man also happens to be her baby daddy.)
